Description

JETTA 950 is a superior quality silicone-free lubricant intended for the lubrication of conveyor chains working in high temperature applications. It is formulated from a blend of synthetic oils  provide outstanding resistance  to oxidation  and  protection against  wear,  Long  wet  film  life  at  high temperatures provides long term  lubrication,   does not produce, emit unpleasant odours or smokes, does not leave any residues if it exposed to ultra high temperatures.

Applications

JETTA 950 is specifically designed to operate at extremely high temperatures associated with application such as conveyor chains on paint stoving lines, bakery ovens and textile stenter/ tenter machines. chains or clips with ball bearings in cases of combined lubrication of bearings, chain joints and slide ways, and slide chains with lubrication of slide rails, chain joints and bolts in equalizing frames, single-layer stenters, tier stenters, festoon driers and steamers as well as installations.

Method of application

Apply manually by brush or with oil can. JETTA 950 synthetic chain Lubricant can also be applied automatically by spray or drip feed as per the equipment manufacturers’ instructions.
