JETTA 460
Fully Synthetic High Temperature Chain Lubricant
JETTA 460 is the state of the art of German lubrication technology, it is a superior quality lubricant intended for the lubrication of conveyor chains in high temperature applications. It is a clear, odorless and colorless liquid. Formulated from a blend of synthetic oils provide outstanding resistance to oxidation and protection against wear. Long wet film life at high temperatures over 300°C provides long term lubrication, does not produce, emit unpleasant odours or smokes, does not leave any residues if it exposed to ultra high temperatures.
Cost saving Benefits:
- High and low-temperature stability, resist steam.
- Evaporate very slowly and leave no residue even at very high temperature
- Long life wetting, doesn’t drip off easily • Chemically unreactive
- Mainly used for chain lubrication of ovens when cleanliness is critical • High flash point
Applications:
JETTA 460 is recommended for the lubrication of hot conveyor chains in drying ovens and stenters frames, particle board, drying machines, kilns, bakery ovens and other similar applications.
particularly suited for dusty conditions and heavy duty applications as well as in wet environments, glass, ceramic and mineral wool production lines and other high temperature applications.
chains or clips with ball bearings in cases of combined lubrication of bearings, chain joints and slide ways, and slide chains with lubrication of slide rails, chain joints and bolts in equalizing frames, single-layer stenters, tier stenters, festoon driers and steamers as well as installations
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Apply manually by brush or with oil can. JETTA 460 synthetic CHAIN LUBRICANT can also be applied automatically by spray or drip feed as per the equipment manufacturers’ instructions
